Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused at the time of delivery may not be eligible for a full refund. Shipping and handling charges may be deducted where applicable.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
