Refund policy

At MAVORA WORLD, every product is made and quality checked before dispatch. We aim to provide premium-quality streetwear and a smooth shopping experience.

Eligible Return Reasons

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Product

If the product arrives damaged, torn, defective, or unusable.

2. Print Quality Issue

If the received product contains a manufacturing defect in the print, including:

  • Misprinted artwork

  • Peeling print upon arrival

  • Incorrect print placement

  • Major print defects

3. Size Issue (Customer Ordered Correct Size)

Returns for sizing will only be accepted if:

  • The customer ordered the correct size according to the MAVORA WORLD Size Chart.

  • The received product measurements differ significantly from the size chart provided on our website.

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The customer ordered the wrong size.

  • The customer prefers a different fit after purchase.

  • The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Return Request Window

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Mystery T-Shirts

  • Limited Edition Drops

  • Sale Items

  • Gift Cards

  • Products showing signs of use or washing

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by MAVORA WORLD.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged based on stock availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at MAVORA WORLD's discretion.
